Facility Management

Complete and comprehensive evaluation of vehicles, their components and their accessories is not a static process. There are many excellent proving grounds in the US and around the world, built to exacting and demanding standards, capable of testing vehicles and their associated component parts to destruction. Major engineering centers are often located in metropolitan areas, or close to corporate headquarters where a sophisticated talent pool is readily available. But real world simulation is needed too. Different physical infrastructures, varying climates and terrains will be encountered when the final product is deployed.

Our 5 acre facility in Phoenix's east valley provides an ideal base for hot weather durability testing, product maintenance and data evaluation. It's situated within immediate reach of rural, city and highway traffic and is in close proximity to strenuous mountain terrain capable of stressing transmissions, breaking systems, engine performance, tire wear and air conditioning.

We operate a similar facility in the Greenville-Spartanburg corridor of South Carolina, running regular routes to the Blue Ridge mountains and the lower terrains towards the coast.

Short duration projects are often required in locations with specific characteristics. Whether that's for testing battery capacity for electric vehicles in warm and hilly cities; or snow and ice traction control in Canadian provinces; or evaluating sensor and camera detection capabilities in different weather and environmental conditions; or accumulating photographic and video data to augment the development of AI and autonomous vehicles, it takes not only an organization capable of setting up the local infrastructure and facilities to get it done, but also the expertise and experience of a team like ours that knows how to do it.

That's us and that's our people.
